Please indicate the selected date (plus an alternative date in case the selected date is fully booked) and number of persons for the tour and we will immediately forward to you the rates for your specific tour.
Once you have decided to book, please advise Alta-Can Aurora Tours that you would like to book a particular date for X-number of persons and please include the names of of the persons in your party. It would be appreciated if you could indicate in which manner you would like to make payment.
Alta-Can Aurora Tours accept VISA and MasterCard, traveller's cheques, cash and bank transfer. Payment is usually due 3 weeks before departure. In the case of traveller's cheques or cash, payment will be accepted in Fort McMurray upon arrival. Please note that Option Tours are usually booked upon arrival in Fort McMurray and VISA, MasterCard, traveller's cheques and cash are acceptable means for payment.
Full refund will be made up to 15 days prior to departure. If tour cancellation takes place 14 to 7 days prior to tour departure, 60% refund will for made. Tour cancellation 6 days or less will result in a 40% refund.
Modification or Cancellation: Alta-Can reserves the right to modify any advertised itinerary based upon conditions that might deminish the quality of the service to its clients. The company also reserves the right to cancel a tour should conditions so dictate. This will result in a full refund of payment(s) made.
Right to Refuse: Alta-Can reserves the right to decline the presence of any tour member who may impede the operation of the tour or the rights or enjoyment of the fellow tour members. No reimbursement will be made to the party in question.
Force Majeure: Alta-Can shall not be liable for any claims, losses, costs, expenses, delays or loss of employment of any nature or kind whatsoever, to you or your travelling companions or group members resulting from events beyond our or the supplier's reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, or other labour disputes, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.
